Now a Manhattan you shake to fox-trot time, a Bronx to two-step time, a dry Martini you always shake to waltz time. Add ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice, stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a small Spanish olive without pimento.”
