• 5/6 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
• a dash Angostura Bitters

Stirred over ice, strained into a chilled glass, served “straight up” or “on the rocks”, garnish with Maraschino cherry or lemon twist and serve in an iced cocktail glass.
